About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist in Alexandria. The specialist delivers exceptional customer support, answers inquiries, resolves issues and keeps customer satisfaction high. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in professional phone etiquette and communication techniques is a plus
