Customer Service Representative – On‑site (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering prompt and courteous assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Document interactions and follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work night or overnight shifts.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without a degree are welcome.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑facing roles; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Professional phone etiquette and effective written communication.
