About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our real‑estate team in 6th of October, Giza. The role involves managing client communications, handling contracts and payments, and ensuring a smooth after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and chat with a courteous and empathetic approach.
  • Prepare contracts, process client payments and monitor account status.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including project updates, delivery timelines and handover documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate daily activity reports.

Required profile

  • 3‑7 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within real‑estate companies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
  • Proven track record in delivering high‑quality customer service and driving sales outcomes.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software.
