Senior Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for Royal House Development in 6th of October, Giza. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships and ensure the successful execution of commercial deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Lead negotiations and close commercial deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve commercial issues professionally.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, commercial or business development roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
• Good understanding of market trends and commercial practices.
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
