Customer Service Representative – Real Estate

About the role

Join La Hacienda as a Customer Service Representative focused on real estate. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and prospects, providing accurate information about our property portfolio and supporting the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handle in‑person customer inquiries about available units, pricing, payment plans and project features.
• Coordinate property viewings and site visits for potential buyers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all real‑estate projects and availability.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist sales agents by following up on leads and preparing quotations, booking forms and contracts.
• Support reservation, down‑payment and follow‑up processes.
• Provide customer feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support within the real‑estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
