About the role
Sutherland, a global provider of AI, automation, cloud engineering and advanced analytics services, is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist based in Cairo (and Alexandria). The specialist delivers customer support, answers inquiries, resolves issues and keeps customer satisfaction high.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential.
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills.
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication techniques are a plus.
