About the role
Sutherland is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Cairo. The role delivers exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and keeping customer satisfaction high. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and with empathy.
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is essential.
Required skills
- Strong customer service and customer support skills.
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in professional phone etiquette and communication techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
