Director of Sales – HoReCa & Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our HoReCa and Retail channels in Egypt. The role involves shaping sales strategy, driving growth, and managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans for HoReCa and Retail channels.
• Lead, coach and monitor the sales team, setting targets and reviewing performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Expand the customer base and market coverage across territories.
• Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate sales forecasts with Supply Chain to align stock availability.
• Identify new business opportunities, channels and distribution prospects.
• Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, trade terms and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing for brand and product execution.
• Prepare regular sales and commercial performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 10–15 years of sales experience in F&B/FMCG distribution.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team.
• Extensive experience in HoReCa and Retail channels.
• Strong leadership, commercial and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent English.

• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.
