Dutch Speaking Technical Support Specialist 4 – NetApp

About the role

Arrow is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Technical Support Specialist 4 to deliver proactive and preventive support for NetApp systems. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring operational continuity for on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational continuity of NetApp systems on‑premises or in the cloud.
• Execute centralized deployment services and handle customer tickets according to Arrow’s processes.
• Provide monthly activity reports and respond to system alerts, support tickets, and change requests.
• Serve as the technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and NetApp support to maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the NetApp roadmap.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation to guarantee 24×7 service continuity.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent training in ICT.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting and administering NetApp products.
• Strong background in storage infrastructure platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• NetApp storage technologies.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• ITIL methodology (plus Agile as a plus).
