E-commerce Commercial Specialist – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Commercial Specialist to drive the performance of our online fashion business. You will manage product assortments, analyze sales data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online product assortment and monitor category performance.
• Analyze sales, margins, and inventory to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels across online channels.
• Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend commercial actions.
• Ensure product content and online presentation support sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e‑commerce, merchandising, buying, category management, or commercial operations.
• Experience in fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent Excel and data‑analysis skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
