Energy Automation Tender Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

The Energy Automation Tender Manager will lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for Schneider Electric's Energy Automation solutions in Egypt. Reporting to the Customer Projects, Solutions and Services team, you will work closely with sales, engineering and procurement to deliver technically sound and commercially viable offers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse RFQs from customers and clarify technical and commercial requirements with the Account Manager.
• Follow Schneider Electric tender governance, participate in review calls and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Develop design schemes, system architectures, point schedules and BOQs based on client needs.
• Prepare costing, offer documentation and management presentations for approval.
• Conduct risk, opportunity and technical gap analyses, and review contract alignment with business rules.
• Negotiate with approved vendors and subcontractors to secure the best technical and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to capture lessons learned and support future tender preparation.

Required profile

• College degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 7‑10 years of experience in Energy Automation or related industry.
• Proven track record in tender management and technical sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with global teams.
