About the role
We are looking for English‑speaking Back Office Agents to join our on‑site team in Abbassia, Cairo. The role supports the English Customer Support UAE Project by handling inbound inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely support, addressing customer needs and issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment while meeting service‑level targets.
Required profile
- Graduates with a minimum English proficiency of B1.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in rotation shifts.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training period.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
