About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our call‑center team. You will interact with customers through chat, video calls, email and phone, delivering fast and empathetic support while meeting daily performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound video calls, chat interactions, emails and outbound calls as required.
- Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints and comments with empathy.
- Provide clear, concise information so customers easily understand solutions.
- Manage irate customers and pressure situations professionally.
- Use automated information systems to analyse customer issues and record actions.
- Meet upselling targets and ensure timely reporting of activities.
- Share ideas for process improvement and adhere to quality checklists.
Required profile
- Education: Undergraduate to post‑graduate (travel/hospitality background desirable).
- Open to freshers or candidates with experience in domestic or international processes.
- Strong verbal communication in English (B1/B2) and Arabic.
- Excellent call‑management skills and ability to handle irate customers.
- Supportive attitude, open to feedback, pleasant demeanor and team‑player mindset.
- Quick learner with ability to work efficiently with minimal guidance and multitask.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic computer knowledge.
