About the role
Elezaby Pharmacy, a leading pharmacy chain in Egypt, is seeking a Call Center Pharmacist to join its customer service team. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate pharmacy information, and support customers with prescription and order inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist with prescription status checks, order placement, refill requests, billing, and general product information.
- Achieve sales targets and performance ratios set by the company.
- Document all interactions, order details, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the call center operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced pharmacists working in retail settings.
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making abilities.
- Patient‑centered communication style and commitment to continuous professional development.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a CRM system for customer interaction tracking.
