About the role

VXI Global Solutions is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards of service during night and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via phone.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain professional phone etiquette and follow VXI’s quality standards.
Deliver consistent, high‑quality service on a daily basis.

Required profile

Fluency in English (B2+ – C1 level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage challenging situations.
Willingness to work night and overnight shifts.
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
