English Phone Sales Representative (On-site)

About the role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships on‑site. The role involves reaching out to prospects, pitching, closing deals, and following up to keep the pipeline moving. It is target‑driven and requires confidence on the phone and strong negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new leads and prospective clients.
• Pitch and present offerings clearly and persuasively by phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to move deals forward.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and deal status.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handoff after a sale closes.
• Report on pipeline status and results regularly.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English – written and spoken, comfortable pitching and negotiating.
• 1–3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Organized and consistent with follow‑up; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing leads.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Cairo for full‑time on‑site work.
