About the role
Teleperformance Cairo is looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join its call‑center teams handling telecommunications and travel accounts. The role may include uncapped sales opportunities for candidates interested in a sales focus.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat in English.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to telecom and travel services.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products when applicable.
- Maintain high service quality while adhering to performance metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Immediate availability to start (within the week or month).
- Willingness to work rotational schedules, including night shifts.

- Net salary up to 20,500 EGP (including KPI‑linked Euro equivalent).
- Night‑shift allowance of 1,000 EGP.
- Performance bonuses of 200 USD every three months.
