Enterprise Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious B2B Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and building lasting relationships. You will identify opportunities, engage decision‑makers, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and generate new enterprise and corporate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers across target organisations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored Axis solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
