Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our sales team in Cairo as a Real Estate Sales Agent. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will introduce our property projects to prospective buyers, understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Present a portfolio of real‑estate developments to clients and explain key features.
• Meet with clients, listen to their needs and recommend appropriate property options.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service experience and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven sales or real‑estate experience is a plus.
