About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer at its office in 6 October City. This on‑site position will ensure the CEO’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Oversee routine administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, improving organisational efficiency.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive and administrative assistance.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the agricultural or export sector is advantageous.
