About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives who enjoy talking to people and solving issues proactively. The position is night‑shift, full‑time, and focuses on turning customers into passionate brand evangelists.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate answers about product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Passion for helping customers and turning interactions into positive experiences.
