Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist works full‑time on‑site in Cairo, promoting Elkhalil Wood’s range of doors, flooring, kitchens and other wood products. The role combines outbound and inbound calling to qualify leads, convert prospects and support overall sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and qualify leads.
• Explain product features and benefits, handle price and availability inquiries.
• Prepare basic quotations and follow up on open opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely, clear information for customers.
• Participate in learning sessions about product lines and market trends.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in manufacturing or building‑materials sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong sales skills including outbound calling, lead qualification and basic negotiation.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and professional phone etiquette.
• Solid customer service abilities to resolve inquiries and create positive experiences.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
