Experienced Real Estate Agent – Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes while leveraging the company’s data‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of residential and commercial leads.
• Conduct property tours and present suitable options aligned with client budgets and needs.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate offers and related documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth closings.
• Stay updated on local market trends and use RED’s technology platforms for analysis.
• Deliver high‑quality, responsive customer service throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Egyptian property regulations.
• Strong understanding of both residential and commercial markets in Cairo and surrounding areas.
• Proven sales track record with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients, and handle several listings simultaneously.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to inclusive client engagement.
