Export Manager – International Sales & Logistics

About the role

Multivita is looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead its international expansion from Cairo. The role involves shaping global sales strategy, building distribution networks and ensuring compliant export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export strategies to enter new markets and grow existing ones.
• Lead international sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Oversee export logistics, customs procedures and Incoterms compliance.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing export team.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with partners, agents and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10‑20 years of progressive experience in export management or international sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations and Incoterms.
• Strong expertise in global logistics and supply chain management.
