Export Sales Specialist

About the role

Rosalte, a fast‑growing FMCG company focused on international trade and product distribution, is looking for an Export Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across regional markets. The role will manage key accounts, expand market presence and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities across assigned regional markets.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base regionally.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and agreements in line with company strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market insights.
• Support product launches, promotions and regional sales initiatives.
• Represent the company in regional meetings, negotiations and trade events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience handling regional or international markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; bilingual preferred.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
