F-OTC Accountant

About the role

Join Henkel's dynamic Order to Cash team within the Global Business Solutions Hub in Cairo. You will support incoming payment processes, reconcile customer accounts, and ensure accurate posting in the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and provide reconciliation support (F‑OTC).
• Collect, validate, and structure payment advice/remittance details.
• Allocate payments to open items using bank information and post/clear items in the ERP.
• Investigate unallocated or unmatched payments and coordinate with local teams or customers for missing details.
• Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ownership.
• Effective communication skills for follow‑ups.
• Experience working with structured data such as remittances and bank statements.
• Familiarity with ERP posting and clearing processes (e.g., SAP).
