Finance Business Partner – Strategic Finance Role

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to strengthen its business partnering capabilities. You will support strategic and operational decision‑making by delivering insightful financial analysis and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Interpret financial results, explain performance trends and provide decision‑support insights.
• Advise on key business planning assumptions to improve outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of P&L structures and deliver ad‑hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with functions, transition teams and Group stakeholders on growth plans and business cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external leadership groups.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of finance experience in a complex, global environment.
• Proven stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to manage expectations.
• Strong communicator with fluent English.
• University degree with a solid academic record.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
