Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the finance team by consolidating and interpreting financial data, providing insights that drive cost reduction and performance improvement. You will work closely with senior analysts and management to shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze budgets, income statements, forecasts, and other financial data in line with company goals.
• Develop creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and enhance financial performance.
• Assemble and summarize data to produce sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Create financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis.
• Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, advise senior analysts, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Track financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
• Consult with management to influence long‑term strategic decisions.
• Drive process‑improvement and policy‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle (preferred).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
