About the role

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager oversees the daily F&B activities across multiple branches, ensuring that every product meets the company’s quality standards and that operations run efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and presentation to guarantee consistent customer experience.
• Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and safety legislation.
• Assist with ordering of food, beverage, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs in collaboration with branch F&B managers.
• Control inventory levels, storage, and disposal in line with company procedures.
• Lead food and beverage promotions, ensuring accurate costings.
• Analyze weekly sales, profit, and controllable costs, providing timely financial reports.
• Ensure equipment safety and regular maintenance.
• Perform additional tasks to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in food and beverage operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
