About the role
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager oversees the daily F&B activities across multiple branches, ensuring that every product meets the company’s quality standards and that operations run efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor food quality and presentation to guarantee consistent customer experience.
- Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with all policies, standards, and safety legislation.
- Assist with ordering of food, beverage, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs in collaboration with branch F&B managers.
- Control inventory levels, storage, and disposal in line with company procedures.
- Lead food and beverage promotions, ensuring accurate costings.
- Analyze weekly sales, profit, and controllable costs, providing timely financial reports.
- Ensure equipment safety and regular maintenance.
- Perform additional tasks to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in food and beverage operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
