FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join BTECH as an FP&A Analyst, responsible for driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision‑making and improve business performance. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models, analyse results and provide insights to management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial planning models, including budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and deliver financial insights.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in improving financial reporting processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar financial role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in retail or FMCG sectors is a plus.

• Advanced Excel.

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
