About the role
Sutherland is hiring a French Customer Service Advisor to work on site in New Cairo. The role is full time and focuses on answering customer questions and resolving issues by phone, making sure customers feel valued and satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide support
- Resolve issues politely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers over the phone
- Ensure customers feel valued and satisfied
- Work with the team to deliver great service
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or college dropouts can apply
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work night and overnight shifts
