French Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new account and need enthusiastic French‑speaking professionals to join our customer service team in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. As a French Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document all interactions and follow internal processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French (B2/C1 level or higher).
• Good English proficiency (B1/B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
