About the role
We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our on‑site team in Mokattam, Cairo. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to our French‑language customers, handling inquiries and providing solutions in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and messages in French, addressing questions and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards.
Required profile
- French language proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary up to 30,000 EGP net per month.
- Five‑day work week with two rotating days off.
- Rotational 9‑hour shifts (including a 1‑hour break).
- Opportunity to work in a multilingual customer‑service environment.
