About the role
Sutherland, a global provider of AI, automation, cloud engineering and advanced analytics, is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist in Cairo. The specialist delivers exceptional customer support, answers inquiries, resolves issues and keeps customer satisfaction high.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions efficiently and empathetically
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in French (B2/C1 level) is mandatory
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Required skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in professional phone etiquette and communication techniques is a plus
