French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support through voice calls and live chat, handling inquiries, order tracking, product explanations and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems step‑by‑step and guide customers toward solutions.
• Log every interaction accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
