French-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

InteLogix is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. You will be the voice of the brand, handling both inbound and outbound interactions in French, and ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate phone, email, and chat contacts in French.
• Document each interaction in the company’s CRM system.
• Resolve routine inquiries and issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet daily performance targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written French; good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, languages, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, follow schedules, and function well in a team environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
