About the role
Sutherland, a digital engineering and automation services provider working with global brands, is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative in Cairo. The position is full-time and open exclusively to Egyptian candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer requests and resolve their problems with quick and professional assistance
- Take ownership of customer issues and escalate complex cases to a higher level when needed
- Record exchanges accurately and keep customer information confidential
Required profile
- Degree or equivalent
- French communication skills at B2+ level or above
- Clear, professional and empathetic communication, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Able to handle several tasks at once and set priorities in a dynamic environment
