About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑tier support in both French and English through voice and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
