French Team Manager – BPO (On‑Site)

About the role

As a French Team Manager you will lead a team of Customer Support Representatives handling phone calls, emails and live‑chat inquiries about our client’s policies. Based in Sheikh Zayed, Egypt, you will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality service while promoting employee satisfaction and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Customer Support Representatives.
• Provide coaching, one‑on‑ones and feedback to improve service quality, communication and technical skills.
• Support the Operations Manager in identifying improvement areas and ensuring legal compliance of short‑video content.
• Communicate issues promptly to relevant parties and attend operational and business review meetings.
• Monitor KPIs, produce and send regular reports to site and global managers.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Meet established productivity and quality targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B2/C1).
• Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Logical problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• High level of professionalism.
