French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – New Account

About the role

Alorica is launching a new account and needs French‑speaking team members to deliver high‑quality inbound and outbound customer interactions. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and focuses on providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience across phone, email, chat, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in French via multiple channels.
• Resolve inquiries, process requests, and update customer records accurately.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear, solution‑focused guidance.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors following company procedures.
• Maintain performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written French; good command of English for internal communication.
• Excellent customer service attitude with active listening and clear articulation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality experiences.
