Growth Partner – PropTech (Egypt)

About the role

WIZIO is seeking a well‑connected Growth Partner to establish its PropTech platform as the leading solution in Egypt’s fast‑growing off‑plan property market. This partnership combines a performance‑based commercial structure with equity ownership, allowing you to share in the company’s long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage an extensive network of master developers, private real‑estate groups, C‑suite executives and sales directors across Egypt.
• Secure partnerships and sign pilot projects with leading property developers and master builders.
• Present and demonstrate WIZIO’s browser‑based, hardware‑independent solutions (WMap, WPage, WPano, W360, WOS) to prospective clients.
• Drive go‑to‑market strategies, market intelligence gathering and business development activities.
• After a successful trial, incorporate a Managing Partner entity and manage a 15% local leadership equity pool.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the Egyptian real‑estate landscape, especially off‑plan residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Established relationships with top developers, master builders and senior decision‑makers.
• Proven ability to exceed ambitious growth targets in a B2B sales environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and partnership building.
