HR Operations Associate

About the role

PwC Middle East's Managed Services line delivers operational solutions for clients, and its HR Operations Associate supports clients' HR needs. The role covers employee data management, handling HR queries, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and working with internal teams to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transfer of HR processes from client to the PwC team, including coordinating transition tasks and learning the required workflows and technologies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in HR systems (contact details, emergency contacts, benefits) and organize contracts, performance reviews and other documents in a consistent folder structure.
• Handle file creation requests, review employee documents, close files and send requests for updated documents to employees, obtaining approvals where needed.
• Answer queries on policies, benefits and payroll, and support employee onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews.
• Help prepare HR reports for regulatory requirements, ensure compliance with laws and HC policies, and communicate HR policies to employees and clients.
• Manage time and tasks, adhere to SLAs, work in a team with payroll, benefits and talent acquisition, and follow the HR Supervisor's directions.
• Propose improvements to HR processes and workflows and help implement best practices and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or an equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HRMS systems such as Salesforce, Workday or Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Understanding of HR policies, procedures and compliance, and employee data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management.
