Human Capital and Engagement Program Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced professional to manage the evolution and ongoing delivery of its network's Continuous Listening programme. The role covers the operational execution of the firm's listening strategy and acts as the main link between key network and territory stakeholders and the consulting team, which is also the survey technology provider. It calls for strong relationship management, collaboration and the ability to build consensus across organisations and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all Continuous Listening tasks, including project planning, survey administration and change management.
• Deliver quality service to territory contacts, troubleshoot issues and support cross-territory collaboration, best practice sharing and feedback.
• Gather and assess stakeholder needs and turn them into programme improvements and deliverables.
• Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings and liaise with the consulting team.
• Use data analytics tools, AI and generative models to turn survey data into insights, and create data visualisations for executives.
• Stay current on modern employee listening approaches, tools and methodologies.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and use data to communicate ROI and impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources and/or the professional services industry.
• Survey design across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, pulse and exit surveys.
• Knowledge of generative AI models and their applications.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and concurrent projects, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work across time zones and support global clients.
• Preferred: Master's degree, SPHR or PHR certification, and experience managing data and analytics projects in a matrixed environment.
