HR Personnel Supervisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Human Resources Personnel Supervisor to lead HR operations in its industrial facilities. The role is essential for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting payroll and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files, including Form 1, Form 6, birth certificates, qualifications, and military service status.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance bodies.
• Draft, renew, and terminate employment contracts in line with Egyptian labor law.
• Oversee daily shift tracking, fingerprint logs, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring for both office and floor staff.
• Validate monthly payroll variables such as overtime, late deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties, and statutory deductions before forwarding to finance.
• Manage off‑boarding, including final settlement calculations, social insurance cancellations, and clearance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of HR experience in a corporate and industrial (factory) environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
