Recruitment Specialist – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

Lavida Sauces seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from request to onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for white‑collar and blue‑collar roles using LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna and other channels.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments, coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare job offers, handle salary negotiations, and ensure smooth pre‑employment processes.
• Maintain recruitment databases, track KPIs, and provide regular hiring status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or food industry.
• Proven ability to recruit both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions and work with hiring managers.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with ability to meet tight hiring deadlines.
