Human Resources Personnel Supervisor

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Personnel Supervisor to manage employee records, government relations, payroll inputs, and labor compliance within its industrial environment. This senior position will ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and support smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records including Form 1, Form 6, birth certificates, qualifications, and military service status.
• Serve as primary liaison with local labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft, renew, and terminate employment contracts in accordance with local labor legislation.
• Oversee daily shift tracking, fingerprint logs, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring for both office and floor staff.
• Validate monthly payroll variables such as overtime, late deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties, and statutory deductions before forwarding to finance.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, including final settlement calculations, social insurance cancellations, and clearance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of HR experience in a corporate and industrial (factory) setting.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
