About the role
Teleperformance Egypt is seeking inbound Call Center Representatives with strong English proficiency to provide technical support for an international telecom account based in New Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical assistance.
Required profile
- English communication level B2–C1.
- Open to graduates, undergraduates, gap‑year students, or dropouts.
- Customer‑focused, patient, and good problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
