Indoor Sales Representative (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Indoor Sales Representative to join our retail team in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them to suitable products.
• Explain product features, prices, offers and promotions clearly.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an organized and attractive sales area.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers when needed.

Required profile

• Female candidates.
• Previous experience in retail or indoor sales preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Sales‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Residence in New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis or nearby areas.
• Availability for rotational morning and evening shifts.
