Industrial Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Alfa Electronics seeks an Industrial Maintenance Engineer to deliver on‑site and in‑house service for industrial printers. You will ensure reliable operation through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer training while providing high‑quality technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance according to approved procedures, responding to customer calls and job orders.
• Handle customer queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions on printer operation, safety precautions, and basic service steps.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for various printer models.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly.
• Acquire deep technical knowledge of company products through self‑learning and cross‑training.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve technical faults, documenting solutions in a knowledge database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance and customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated understanding of maintenance concepts and techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting and maintenance abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial printers and related equipment.
